Arrival: Friday 30th August, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm *** do not arrive before 4:00 pm***

Young Children (4-9 years) £35
Older Children (10-12 years) £75

**Prices are based on 2 nights and include all meals and beverages
Please check the bank details on the booking form carefully as these have changed from previous years. Any cheques to be made payable to "Bethesda Shalom".
All payments must be paid by July 31st, 2023.
Please note: Booking fees are non-refundable and non-amendable except under EXTREME circumstances. If for any reason after booking, you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
Accommodation:
*Each person will need to bring their own toiletries and bath towels. All bed linen will be provided.
Each room has a washbasin.
En-suite rooms are available upon request for an additional charge of £20 per room. *If you require a single room or a room with an en-suite, please contact us before submitting your booking form as these are in short supply and will be allocated on a needs basis. We are asking in the first instance attendees book in with one other person or if this not is not possible, that you would be willing to share. By doing this, it will enable more people to attend the conference.
Places are limited this year, so please book early to avoid any disappointment. Please read the information contained on the booking information page carefully as it contains important details essential to booking.
